The shop is amazing you will be amaze of the stock they have very warm welcome once you go in shop and and our large the place is and the helpful advice and service you given was first class father and son team made me howl with statements you given each other hahahaha bless you both it is well worth the visit if you have never been your missing out fabulous shop

Have been to malcs models twice in a week. First time have been there. Used to go to Rbs long Eaton till Neil passed away. Brill parking outside as I am disabled will definitely be going there again.

Visiting the uk with my family from Australia and ive had the pleasure of meeting Malcom and Brett at Malcs Models, the way they do business is a welcoming one, if you need help they go out of their way to make you one happy customer. They really do look after their customers, not many of them around. As I live on the other side of the world I will definitely be buying off them once I return to Australia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Previously I would have said that Malc's is a great shop with a friendly owner. Apparently though, they have zero interest in encouraging the customers of the future. My husband visited the shop with our son who is young and just starting to get interested in dad's hobby. Our son is well behaved and simply picked up a second hand tractor. This was met with a sharp rebuke from the owner, despite the fact my son was carefully playing with the item and his dad may well have purchased it. The rudeness of the owner meant my husband put down the items he was purchasing and will now go somewhere where young hobbyists are welcomed.
